Account Coordinator

We’re looking for an Account Coordinator that is a magical blend of analytical thinker and people person. You’ll spend your time working on digital marketing execution and client coordination, so you’ll be as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a client meeting.

Our team members are a mix of creative minds, digital experts, and big-picture thinkers who help exceptional clients across every sector of the economy stand out and succeed.

This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone fresh out of post-secondary (Communications, Marketing, or Business) who’s ready to dive in, learn fast, and grow big!

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

  • Supporting account directors with client care, timelines, and deliverables
  • Creating reports and digging into analytics for insights
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and presentations that keep projects on track
  • Researching, organizing, and generally keeping moving parts aligned
  • Helping plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google, META)
