I had a goal of rebranding and creating a website. I knew this was over my head and began the process of researching and contacting possible marketing companies to help me navigate this process. I spoke with 6-7 marketing companies before speaking with Rachel from WaterWerks Agency. The process has been very rewarding. It has been challenging at times, it’s been exciting at times, and it’s been a learning experience. The biggest challenge here was to find a partner that could work with us, that could invest the time and energy to understand what legal aid stands for, the services it offers, the type of people that work here, and the image we want to create.
We found a very good partner in WaterWerks, who spent a lot of time helping us identify the problems that we were trying to address. There were no shortcuts, and we worked together.
