At WaterWerks Agency, we help our clients tell better stories, build stronger brands, create impactful marketing campaigns, and develop websites that drive results. We work with a wide range of clients across industries, and we’re looking for an Account Director who can help us continue to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
- Develop proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations
- Identify client challenges and work with our team to develop strategic, scalable solutions
- Manage client relationships from initial conversation through project delivery
- Represent WaterWerks at events, meetings, and within the business community
- Continuously learn about our services, industries, clients, and emerging opportunities

Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B business development or account management
- Strong presentation and pitching abilities
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience writing proposals, reports, and RFP responses
- Strong organizational and spreadsheet management skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience conducting client needs assessments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously
- Networking and relationship-building expertise
- Strong understanding of business operations and client service
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
