I had a goal of rebranding and creating a website. I knew this was over my head and began the process of researching and contacting possible marketing companies to help me navigate this process. I spoke with 6-7 marketing companies before speaking with Rachel from WaterWerks Agency. I can still remember being on the phone with Rachel for well over an hour as she explained all the ins and outs. She took me step by step thorough the process and how each step begins and flows into the following step.

Next came a meeting with Rachel and Katie at WaterWerks to discuss a marketing budget. Up to this point no one had asked me my budget, they had all provided me with their bill. There was no pressure from WaterWerks to complete all the steps at once, but instead to proceed at my pace and what fit my schedule. Thankfully after significant phone calls, emails, hand holding on their part they had produced a new brand, new colour palette and website. Through each stage I had complete access to voice my questions, comments, and ask for guidance. Moreover, they were very patient with me on providing them with the information they requested. I enjoyed the process immensely and feel that WaterWerks Agency has provided a modern professional brand and website for my business. It has been a great pleasure!

The process has been very rewarding. It has been challenging at times, it’s been exciting at times, and it’s been a learning experience. The biggest challenge here was to find a partner that could work with us, that could invest the time and energy to understand what legal aid stands for, the services it offers, the type of people that work here, and the image we want to create.

We found a very good partner in WaterWerks, who spent a lot of time helping us identify the problems that we were trying to address. There were no shortcuts, and we worked together. We took the time and effort to develop a product that actually meets the needs of our clients as well as our employees.  The process has been rewarding, it’s been great working with a very professional organization and learning some of the aspects of developing a good brand and developing some of the unique items that we hadn’t ever anticipated would help address our needs, it was a great partnership.

I like the fact that the Creative Brief process framed the whole project and allowed us to speak from our heart and point of view. You took the feeling we emoted and how we wanted to represent ourselves, and the project truly reflected who we are. You really listened to us.

The site is beautiful! You guys did a fabulous job of creating the same idea and feeling of our centre online. It is incredibly comfortable and welcoming feeling. You can let your team know it was incredible.
