What a mind-opening experience it was to work with the Coalition of Persons with Disabilities!
These training videos contributed to an online suite of learning tools to help Customer Service Agents deliver respectful and equitable service to people with disabilities.
Our knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced by persons with disabilities in their daily lives grew so much through the course of this project. We were lucky to share in the client’s expertise, and the experience has made our team reflect on how we approach all our projects.
