Eastern Health’s Cancer Care team wanted to give newly diagnosed patients and their families comfort and hope.

This video is meant to help patients understand the amazing resources available in today’s cancer care and what to expect.

The Cancer Care team was especially mindful of the added difficulty for Indigenous patients who travel so far and find themselves separated from their community and culture. We hope these personal stories spark hope and determination in each person’s journey back to health.
