Serving approximately 13,000 injured workers and 18,500 employers, WorkplaceNL administers an employer-funded, no-fault insurance system that promotes safe and healthy workplaces, provides return-to-work programs and offers compensation to injured workers and their dependents.
When WaterWerks started developing the new website, the goal was to improve customer service by helping workers, employers, and healthcare providers find the information they need in just a few clicks. The biggest challenge was the sheer amount of content that needed to be evaluated and reorganized – an enormous library of more than 1200 pages of documentation and several hundred resource documents.
With a site this massive, the approach to project management and client relations is everything. Working closely with our client group, we were able to break content into smaller sections of skimmable content and reduce the amount of information displayed at once, making a clear path for everyone to find what they need.
